The birth preparation course is a two day (weekend course) conducted three times a year. Women who attend the course have an improved birth outcome, less medical intervention and reduced hospital stays, therefore most private health insurers will give full
or partial rebates for the course.

The course is held on the Gold Coast, at a luxury resort, and meals are included. The course covers all you will need to achieve the best birth for you and your baby. Evidence clearly shows that women who prepare for the birth of their baby have safer and more satisfying births.

The instructor, Dr. Christine Vose, is an expert in childbirth with over twenty years experience in preparing women for birth. Her clients give birth with confidence as they are well prepared, free of fear and therefore have less need for medical intervention when they give birth. They experience comfortable, gentle births that leave the mother and baby calm and happy.
